Rights of Organiser
1. Etiqa Insurance & Takaful and their appointed agencies reserve the right to use the names, personal particulars without first obtaining any consent nor make any payment whatsoever for publicity, advertising, trade or promotional purposes in any media. The participants are not eligible to claim any proprietary right and waive any intellectual property right thereto.

2. Etiqa Insurance & Takaful and their appointed agencies reserve the absolute discretion to remove any entries deemed illegible, incomplete or inaccurate.

3. Etiqa Insurance & Takaful and their appointed agencies will not be responsible or liable for:

1. Any problem, loss or damage of whatsoever nature and in whatever manner suffered by any party due to any delay and/or failure in receiving and sending entries as a result of any network, communication or system error, interruption and/or failure experienced by the participating internet line/mobile phone data line and/or resulting from participation or the downloading of any materials in this contest.
2. Any problem, damage or loss of whatsoever nature and in whatever manner to any participant(s), or their authorised representatives or any other parties resulting from their participation in this initiative.
3. Any error (including notification of the participants), omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, Internet line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorised access of entries, hardware or software malfunction whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server malfunction, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.
