Toyota Land Cruiser 300

The Toyota Land Cruiser 300 or also known as the LC300, is the latest ‘station wagon’ series of the land cruiser model to be launched in 2022. The LC300 has been designed to offer a lowered centre of gravity, improved weight distribution and improved suspension, which makes it an ideal vehicle for any type of road condition around the world. One of the most significant improvements is that the LC300 is 200kg lighter than its predecessor. The LC300 is equipped with a Multi-Terrain Monitor and Multi-Terrain Select which offers the driver a view to any obstacles directly ahead and assists to select the most suitable driving mode for the type of road surface. The LC300 is equipped with the basic Toyota Safety Sense features with additional advanced functions such as collision avoidance, detection of oncoming vehicles or pedestrians and emergency steering to assist in lane keeping. Another additional safety feature equipped in the LC300 is Parking Support Brake, which is an autonomous emergency braking when the vehicle is parking either forward or backward. The Land Cruiser 2022 interior, depending on the variant, offers a 12.3-inch infotainment display, 7-inch multi-info instrument cluster display, and even a seven-seat configuration. Toyota Land Cruiser 300 GR Sport

Toyota also launched a Land Cruiser GR Sport variant among its other Land Cruiser 300 variants. The GR Sport variant engine is retained without any additional performance enhancements and also comes in both petrol and diesel options.   

The Land Cruiser 300 GR Sport exterior sports a version-specific bodykit, such as a re-designed front bumper with ‘Toyota’ lettering, lesser chrome on the front grille, more vertical side intakes and unplated plastic cladding on the lower part of the skid plate. The GR Sport variant also receives an upgrade of 18-inch six-spoke sluminium wheels with Mud Grey finishing and black painting of the wheel-arches, door handles and side mirrors. The rear is also fitted with aluminium-style skid plate, rear mudguards and GR Sport emblems around the car.

The Land Cruiser 300 GR Sport interior is fitted with black and dark red leather, GR Sport emblem on the steering wheel, welcoming graphics on the 12.3-inch infotainment screen and smart key function. The GR Sport variant also has a carbon-weave pattern on the centre console, door panels and steering wheel.    

Toyota Land Cruiser 70

The iconic Toyota Land Cruiser 70 series has received significant updates in 2023 since its last major enhancement in 2015. Despite the significant enhancements, Toyota has maintained its classic boxy exterior design, rear fender air vent garnish and retractable radio antenna. The front grille and LED headlamps have been considerably upgraded to modernise the 70 series. The Land Cruiser 70 exterior is also upgraded to black front and rear bumpers, and wheel arches. The rear bumper has also received additional horizontal tail lights integrated into it.

The Land Cruiser 70 interior has also been upgraded to receive a 6.7-inch touchscreen infotainment display with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connection supported, and a 4.2-inch multi-info instrument display. The Land Cruiser 70 also receives the basic Toyota Safety Sense features such as lane departure alert, road sign assist and automatic high beam.
