All-New Suzuki Ertiga Launch In Thailand, Now With ESC

The all-new second generation Suzuki Ertiga has landed in Thailand, 10 months after its initial debut in Indonesia. Prices start from THB 655,000 for the new seven-seater MPV.

Built on Suzuki’s proven Heartect platform, the all-new Ertiga gets an equally new 1.5-litre K15B four-cylinder petrol engine that outputs 105 PS and 138 Nm. Drive is sent to the front wheels via a four-speed automatic, the sole transmission option for Thailand.

Thanks to the new Heartect platform and a more aerodynamic body, the all-new Ertiga outputs less than 150 g/km of CO2, thus being able to enjoy a slight reduction in excise duties.

In terms of dimensions, the all-new Ertiga has a length of 4,395 mm (+130 mm), with a 1,735 mm (+40 mm) width, and 1,690 mm (+5 mm) tall. The all-new Ertiga’s 2,740 mm long wheelbase is identical to the predecessor model.

As for safety, the all-new Ertiga gets dual SRS airbags, ABS, EBD, Brake Assist, Hill Hold Control, and Electronic Stability Control (ESC).

The all-new Suzuki Ertiga is imported from Suzuki’s Bekasi plant in Indonesia.
