Honda Malaysia Opens First 3S Centre In Bintulu, Sarawak

Honda customers in Bintulu, Sarawak are now able to enjoy more convenience and easier accessibility with the opening of the new Honda 3S Centre by Kemena Auto Sdn. Bhd. (Kemena Auto).

Located at Lot 14728, Taman Terus, Jalan Tun Hussein Onn, 97000 Bintulu, Sarawak, the opening of the new 3S Centre is in line with one of the key strategies in Honda Malaysia's business direction this year, which is to further strengthen their dealership network across the nation.

The company's East Malaysia expansion started four years ago, and currently there are 13 dealerships in East Malaysia, with seven of them located in Sarawak.

The new RM 11 million facility, which sits on a 43,560 square-foot land, is equipped with 10 bays comprising 6 service bays, 3 general repair bays and 1 tyre service bay that can accommodate up to 40 cars per day.

Kemena Auto Honda 3S Centre has also made a variety of amenities available for customers, including comfortable lounges, complimentary Wi-Fi services, a kid's corner, free flow of food and beverage, as well as a Surau. Customers can also enjoy car wash service, road tax renewal, and insurance coverage renewal services in this new Honda 3S Centre.

According to Honda Malaysia, the East Malaysia region has contributed substantially to its total sales and registrations by 6% (over 2,300 units) as of May 2019. State-wise,  more than 1,300 Honda vehicles were sold in Sarawak, contributing 60% to the total sales of this region.

The growing sale in East Malaysia is contributed by models like the new HR-V, which has found more than 680 homes in the region, translating into 30% of the East Malaysia overall sales.
