Volvo Establishes New Dealership In Penang

In an effort to offer better services to its growing customer base in the Northern region, Volvo Car Malaysia has opened a new 3S centre in Juru Auto-City, Penang.

Operated by iRoll Auto Sdn Bhd, Volvo Juru, which began operations in mid-June itself, implements the Volvo Retail Experience (VRE) - a new concept which promises a Scandinavian feel within its sales floor and an improved customer service experience.

For instance, the waiting lounge in Volvo Juru features chic Scandinavian-designed furniture, offering customers a very plush and cozy ambience while their vehicles are being serviced at the two available service bays.

According to VCM, Juru Auto-City was chosen as the location for the 3S Centre due to its easy access to the North-South Expressway and its reputation for being a hub for auto-related services.

“Establishing our presence on mainland Penang is a very important step towards creating better access to Volvo products and services to our customers in the Northern region where the market is certainly booming,” said Lennart Stegland, Managing Director, Volvo Car Malaysia.

The Volvo Showroom in Juru opens from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on Monday to Saturday
