My 10 experience after 18 months/50k km owning this fantastic car. BMW F30 330E M Sports (Plugged In Hybrid Electric Vehicle- PHEV) 1. Powerful instant torque at any times. Get off to 100kmh easily. 2. Fuel consumption at 9-10 litres per 100km in sport mode, when in hurry to appointment. 3. Fuel consumption at 5.5 liter - 6.5 litres per 100km in Eco Pro mode cruising on highway at 110kmh max. 4. Great maneuvering ability at hill roads & corners. 5. Super quiet when on full electric mode, can go up to 30km if full charge without single drop of fuel. 6. Usage of another brand of runflat tyres could give better driving comfort & grip. 7. Despite 200kg heavier due to high voltage battery, charging occasionally won't get you bothering about the weight. Doesn't feel heavy. 8. Seating position is great for driving pleasure but a little tight feel. Newer replacement 3 series, the G20 eliminates this feeling. 9. Some system coding will give extra facilities of the car. 10. Get the extended 3 year battery warranty for better security for future resales value. Kurang

I had Proton, Honda, Toyota, and GTR. This is my first BMW and people said BMW Banyak Makan Wang. So far, the warranty package and free service plus friendly AB KL service-man teaching me on how to maintain the car, it is a wonderful journey. 50-50 balance, instant torque and yet naturally controllable, quiet cabin, beautiful engine note at high RPM, and also a motorhome since you can just use the battery to chillax in the car without the engine. 2 isofix too! The valuable components and the car is beyond the money paid. Perfect score for a great daily sports car. Kurang

As an executive who require to travel for work, meetings and appointment the BMW 330e M Sport severs my purpose, especially in city drive. Don't be fooled with the 330e badge. The BMW is a plug-in hybrid equipped with 2.0l twin turbo engine with 12kWh electric motor. While on fully electric mode, the 330e can drive up to 50-60km average, which sufficient for me on city drive and the power regenerates when you braking. At least I don't have to visit the petrol station more often as I used to. The exterior looks aggressive with M Sport kit and the 18 inch M Sport wheel with Pirelli Cinturato P7 run flat tires. The reason why this 330e equiped with run flat tire is because there is no spare wheels. But of course you can change to normal sports tires which cost cheaper but I wouldn't suggest it although you can get a spare wheel. This is because the spare tire storage were vacant for the hybrid battery. Among other hybrid car in Malaysia market, I believe the 330e has the sporty look, performs to my expectations and most important of all, it's not very thirsty on fuel. Kurang

Quick, comfortable, spacious and economical. It's the perfect car for general urban driving; instantaneous electric torque makes it incredibly zippy for a car approaching 2 tons, and so long as you keep it charged, you don't even burn any fuel. Kick it into sports mode and you'll hit illegal speeds before the car has even stretched its legs. It may not win at the track, but it'll beat almost every car you'll meet at the traffic light drag strip. And it will do it while sipping fuel and keeping you and your family comfortable. I only wish the interior was a little more modern looking, but all the functions and controls are laid out in a logical and intuitive way, so I won't complain. Kurang
