For the past 2 years of ownership, I've hate a lot of moments where I absolutely adored the car, and a fair amount of hate towards it. When driving this car you get a sense of joy and confidence, you mainly feel this as to how easy it is to reach high speeds and feel the absolute stability of it. The one major drawback to volkswagen ownership however is the service centers which are terrible, every trip to the service center has been a nightmare for me, they charge alot of money just for the service and the end quality of such a basic task like oil changes are terrible. Fuel economy is dependent on driving condition like traffic jams or highway. From personal experience I get 14 liters per 100km in traffic, 6.5 liters per 100km in highway. So if you drive in traffic expect the worse for sure (Im using the 1.6 mpi btw). Then theres the quality issues, so far Ive had my rear door unable to open from inside and a really noisy power window. Another thing to note is for a car made in 2016 it is really below spec compared to other cars in its price point. So bear in mind all this before purchasing the car. So in conclusion the car is good, just bear in mind that sometimes youre going to have to break the bank to maintain it. Kurang

Travelled to Singapore and Penang without much problem. But the only thing you need to take care is the service and maintenance. Need to prepare with a little bit of hefty bills for maintenanxe. However the build up quality and materials looks contemporary and feels premium especially interior. It is not to fancy design but the design looks proportionate and long lasting. Cruise control feature is the best feature among other b segment cars. Well handling and vehicle stability. German engineering and solid wheel base. 3 years free maintenance and 5 years warranty which gives owner peace of mind to own it. Kurang

Previously I owned an old Persona, then I plan to upgrade the car within the B-Segment sedan. I tested a few car brand for the B-Segment, once tested the Vento 1.2 tsi then I immediately book this car without any hesitation. The turbo engine is really punchy when combines with DSG gearbox, the car always in full power mode at any road condition. The comfort level and fuel saving is great too.
