While Audi Ipoh’s sales facility is located in Ipoh Garden, aftersales services are available at a separate location along Jalan Kuala Kangsar. This interim arrangement will precede the construction of a state-of-the-art 3S centre along Jalan Kuala Kangsar, which will begin operations in early 2017.
The new facility will occupy a land area of approximately 57,000sq ft, and will feature a showroom floor with a display capacity of up to 10 cars, 8 service bays, a premium reception area, and lounge. Besides building the new facility, a substantial investment will also go towards ensuring that the service centre is fully equipped with the latest equipment and tools, as well as having the necessary technical training for the staff in order to guarantee customer satisfaction through top notch service.
“We at Audi Malaysia have had a year of consolidation in 2015, and now as 2016 is just around the corner, we are ramping up our operations to ensure that we have the capacity for a qualitative and quantitative expansion of our sales and aftersales offerings,” said Immo Buschmann, managing director of Audi Malaysia.
