Commercial vehicles such as lorries and trucks transporting essential necessities like food, perishables, medical goods as well as petroleum fuel will have quicker clearance at the roadblocks via a dedicated fast lane. This is to speed up the movement of essential items. 

This move by the Traffic Police will also enable Ministry of Health officers, doctors, nurses and enforcement agencies to speedily reach their target destinations throughout the COVID-19 period.
