The new flagship centre is the first of its kind in South East Asia, and is located along the Old Klang Road: specifically situated at No 193 & 195, Batu 3 3/4, Jalan Klang Lama, Kuala Lumpur.
The RM9.5mil facility represents Hyundai’s Global Dealership Space Identity (GDSI), and features the latest facilities, 20 service bays including 3 Quick Service bays and ample parking lots for customers. Customers can expect an upgraded premium customer lounge, VVIP lounge for Leader Card members and pickup/delivery service for the convenience of busy working executives.
“The GDSI aims to strengthen Hyundai’s Modern Premium brand proposition by not only improving the look of its sales and service outlets but also its service quality that will offer customers experience beyond expectations,” said Mr Lau Yit Mun, Managing Director of HSDM.
The modern showroom feature floot-to-ceiling glass panes and a bronze-coloured roof. Its design concept themed E Motion Park integrates technological perfection and emotional satisfaction, with smart design and environment responsibility.
The sales showroom is open from Monday to Friday (8.30am to 7.00pm), Saturday (8.30am – 6.00pm) and Sunday (9.30am to 6.00pm) while the service centre is open from Monday to Friday (8.30am – 5.15pm) and Saturday (8.30am – 12.45pm).
