Malaysia’s First Petronas AutoExpert Centre Opens In Shah Alam

Petronas has launched Malaysia’s first Petronas AutoExpert service centre at the Tiong Nam Industrial Park, Section 15, Shah Alam, yesterday.

Aimed at offering high-quality products and car maintenance services to customers, the Petronas AutoExpert service centre offers Petronas' fluid technology and technical expertise under one roof.

Managed by local partner Autohaus, an experienced full-fledged auto service provider, the outlet launched yesterday, which boasts 14 service bays, will be the first of many to come.

According to Petronas, 100 centres are expected to be established in Malaysia, followed by more in 30 countries around the world within the next five years. 

Every Petronas AutoExpert service centre will be manned by specially trained mechanics utilising the latest tools and technology to conduct vehicle inspection, engine diagnostics, oil change, and more.

Independent workshops which join the Petronas AutoExpert network, such as Autohaus here, will have access to Petronas’ systems and tools that can help facilitate a more efficient service.

This will also enable them to provide better all-round solutions scheme including training, marketing support, effective trade programmes, and consultancy for future business development, as well as leveraging on Petronas’ reputation as a global brand.
