Mercedes-Benz GLA 200 Style Variant Launched In Malaysia – RM223,888

Mercedes-Benz Malaysia today announced the expansion of the GLA model lineup with the introduction of the GLA 200 Style variant.

Priced at RM223,888 on the road without insurance, the GLA 200 Style is now the most affordable GLA variant, followed by the GLA 200 Night Edition (RM248,888), GLA 250 AMG Line (RM274,888), and of course, the range-topping Mercedes-AMG GLA 45 which asks for RM413,888.

Powering the GLA 200 Style is the same 1.6-litre 4-cylinder turbo engine as the GLA 200 Night Edition producing 156 hp and 250 Nm of maximum torque, and paired to the engine is the 7G-DCT transmission which enables the car to go from 0 -100km/h in 8.1 seconds.

Key exterior features include 18-inch twin-spoke light-alloy wheels, additional high-gloss inserts on the radiator trim, as well as a chromed beltline trim strip and load sill guard.

On the inside, the GLA 200 Style comes with Artico leather and Macapa fabric seats that are finished with a pattern inspired by tyre tracks, and an infotainment system which includes an 8-inch display and supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.  

Where safety is concerned, there is Attention Assist, Active Brake Pre-Safe system, Active Parking Assist with Parktronic, as well as LED High Performance headlamps.
