Home News Auto News Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Announces Q3 2017 Results – Still On Track For Another Record Year Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Announces Q3 2017 Results – Still On Track For Another Record Year Auto News Gokul | October 09, 2017 01:24 pm Right before unveiling the new E350e at its assembly plant in Pekan, Pahang last week, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia announced its sales results as of the third quarter of 2017.A total of 8,771 vehicles were delivered in the first nine months of 2017, with 6,580 of them being locally assembled units.Out of the grand total: Sedans: 5,238 unitsSUV: 1,895 unitsCompact cars: 1,220 units As for the sedans:C-Class: 3,044 units E-Class: 1,891 units S-Class: 303 units Dream Cars range: 406 unitsAlthough MBM sold 276 units less than what it did the same period last year, its vice president for sales and marketing, Mark Raine said that the company is still on track towards achieving record sales at the end of 2017.He said that this is due to the fact that models that were launched towards the end of the third quarter like the GLC 200, are gaining a lot of demand from customers.
