Mercedes-Benz Malaysia launches first dedicated facility for pre-owned cars

Mercedes-Benz Malaysia, together with authorised dealer Hap Seng Star today launched the Hap Seng Star Balakong Proven Exclusivity Centre. The launch also marked the re-introduction of Proven Exclusivity; the brand’s certified pre-owned vehicles programme which was first introduced back in 2009.

The facility in Balakong is the first Mercedes-Benz dealership in the country to have a dedicated floor for pre-owned cars. However, pre-owned vehicles under the Proven Exclusivity programme are also available at all authorised Mercedes-Benz dealers nationwide.

According to Mercedes-Benz Malaysia, vehicles under the Proven Exclusivity programme are:

• Sourced exclusively from authorised dealers
• No older than 6 years old
• Without any identifiable structural damage
• Fully serviced and maintained by authorised service centres
• Serviced using only original Mercedes-Benz parts
• Clocked less than 125,000km
• Offered with a comprehensive history and mileage checks
• Go through a 215 Multipoint Check
• Come with a 1 Year Unlimited Mileage Warranty
• Entitled to ‘My Service’ offers
• Offered with 24/7 Roadside Assistance

In conjunction with the launch of the Hap Seng Star Balakong Proven Exclusivity Centre, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia also announced the Hap Seng Star Pre-Owned Carnival, which will take place from tomorrow, the 3^rd until the 12^th of June.
