Nissan's Concept Showroom Format Makes Debut In Thailand

Nissan Thailand has launched the first Nissan Retail Environmental Design Initiative (NREDI) concept showroom in Thailand.
The Nissan Retail Environment Design Initiative is basically characterised by transparency and openness, exclusive delivery areas, a large glassed-view service area, and even a customer lounge set up as part of the showroom.

In addition, there will be an increased use of digital elements such as service and sales screens, configurator touch screen tablets, and digital wheel stands.

According to Nissan, the new facility, situated in Kanchanaburi province, was designed to connect customers with the entire service operation, whether they have come to buy a new vehicle or just to get their existing vehicle serviced.

Operated by Ch.Erawan Motors Kanchanaburi, the showroom, which spans across 8,800 square meters, comprises a specially laid out car display space with a capacity of nine units, a customer welcome area painted in red, a waiting lounge, free Wi-Fi, and more than 10 sales consultants at any given time.

"The new concept showroom will not only meet the needs of customers in Kanchanaburi, but also nearby provinces. I believe that this accomplishment will not only excite and satisfy our customers, but draw in many new ones,” said Khun Wiwat Chanwaowarm, chairman of Ch. Erawan Motors.
