Mercedes-Benz Malaysia (MBM), along with its authorized dealer NZ Wheels Sdn Bhd, recently hosted an Accident Management Insurance Workshop at the NZ Wheels Klang Autohaus.
Aimed at ensuring peace of mind among Mercedes-Benz owners, the Accident Management Insurance Workshop, which was formulated by Mercedes-Benz Malaysia for insurance and adjuster companies, saw an attendance of over 80 participants from the insurance and adjuster fraternity.
The workshop featured information sharing, and live demonstration sessions to showcase the latest Mercedes-Benz Pre-Safe and Safety Features, as well as the latest Mercedes-Benz body and paint repair processes including the techniques, technologies, and cost estimation tools.

Thus, we periodically organise workshops such as the Mercedes-Benz Accident Management Insurance Workshop to ensure our customers receive the best assistance,” said R. Devaraju, Deputy Group CEO, Automotive Group, Naza Corporation Holdings.
One of the main highlights of the workshop was that Andreas Roehl, Senior Accident Management Specialist, Daimler AG, flew in from the Mercedes-Benz Headquarters in Germany to conduct a special demonstration on the latest Body and Paint repair process and techniques to the workshop participants.
Currently, the Mercedes-Benz Accident Management Total Solution programme provides customers with extensive services that cover 24-hour roadside assistance, towing service, solving insurance claims, as well as factory standard repairs for Mercedes-Benz vehicles by authorised Mercedes-Benz body and paint centres certified by Daimler Global service and parts.
