Perodua Launches UFirst Customer Loyalty ProgrammeAuto News
Perodua has set in motion its most comprehensive loyalty programme yet, one that rewards the customer when he or she purchases any of its products, services, or even participates in official Perodua events.
“This programme, which we named ‘UFirst: Perodua passport for brighter and better days’ aims to offer the best programme for our valued customers. The name UFirst represents our commitment in placing our customers’ needs first in our offerings and in building lasting relationships with them,” said Perodua President & CEO, Datuk Aminar Rashid Salleh said.
All that’s needed to be a part of this programme is to register at Perodua’s website, from there the customer is eligible to collect points which they can later use to redeem products, services, exclusive merchandise, and participate in promotions or contests.
While other programmes by automakers offer similar reward schemes, UFirst welcomes all members of the public, above 18 years old, and it doesn’t matter if they own a Perodua vehicle or otherwise.
Members would be able to track points they have accumulated, be alerted of offers, receive motoring tips, and even access a one-tap call function for road side assistance and emergency services, all through a mobile app that Perodua will be releasing for the programme in September.
“The first activity we are planning for UFirst is an Adventure Quest drive to an agro farm in Kluang, Johor from 3 to 4 October.
Participants will enjoy a package worth RM480 at minimum entry fee of RM108, and stand a chance to win cash prizes as well as many exciting gadgets. Members who register from 1 to 31 Aug will also enjoy an extra value of more than RM80 from our early bird package.” Aminar said.
