The Ministry of Domestic Trade, Cooperatives, and Consumerism (KPDNKK) has announced the price of RON 97 fuel for the next seven days.
Price of the premium grade fuel climbs back to the mid-60s sen, in the tune of 4 sen per litre starting tomorrow. The highest price the RON 97 fuel has seen this year was RM2.66 per litre when the “market driven float” concept debuted by the new government in the second week of June 2018.
That being said, the prices for petrol and diesel from 16th to 22nd August are as listed below:
- RON95 – RM2.20 per litre (no change)
- RON97 – RM2.65 per litre (up 4 sen from RM2.61)
- Diesel – RM2.18 per litre (no change)
