Powering the new Sylphy will be Nissan’s new 1.6-litre HR16DE intelligent drive engine which is paired with an Xtronic CVT-type transmission. Nissan also said that it has enhanced steering, suspension, and body rigidity to offer improved handling and deliver a more dynamic driving feel. Performance figures are yet to be revealed by the company.
