UMW Toyota Motor Opens Booking For 2018 Vios

UMW Toyota Motor has announced that order-taking of the new 2018 Vios will start today.

Outside, the updated Vios, in the GX and TRD Sportivo variants will see some changes. For the GX variant, the front skirt is new, with a more pronounced front fog light surround with honeycomb finish.

Towards the rear end, the skirting has also been revised with a built-in diffuser and honeycomb trim. 

As for the TRD Sportivo variant, the design of the skirting remains unchanged, though UMW Toyota has given red highlights to the front, side and rear skirts. Further updates include gloss black treatment on the side mirror covers, rear spoiler and sharkfin antenna.

Across the range, the 2018 Vios now gets sharkfin antenna in body colour (black for TRD Sportivo). Meanwhile, front parking sensors are offered as standard for the G, GX and TRD Sportivo. Toyota is also throwing in a new DVD-AVX infotainment system into the Vios with a reverse camera as standard for all variants except the Vios J MT and AT. A set of new illuminated scuff plates are also included.

In terms of pricing, all models of the Vios will see an increase of price.

UMW Toyota Motor is backing the Vios with a 5-year unlimited mileage warranty, transferrable to the next owner if the vehicle is sold.
