Volvo Aurizn Design Challenge Calling For Entries

Volvo Car Malaysia has announced its partnership with high-end publishing house Aurizn to host the inaugural Volvo Aurizn Design Challenge targeted at interior design firms to submit renderings of their most creative renderings of home and living spaces.

The partnership between VCM and Aurizn represents the coming together of two companies sharing a common vision on aesthetically-pleasing design. The latest Volvo cars have received international acclaim for the sophisticated designs their exteriors and interiors.

Aurizn, meanwhile, through its stable of life-style titles, are aiming to recreate the beauty of print publishing on an online platform. Started off with EvoMalaysia, the publishing house has recently rolled out Estate Malaysia, ID Malaysia, and Carat Malaysia with the stated aim of adding a further 10 titles to its stable within the next three years.

The final leg of the Volvo Aurizn Design Challenge will be hosted at Bon Estates just opposite Bangsar Shopping Complex. Finalists will be asked to prepare a floorplan of The Estate, a new luxury development slated for completion in 2020 at Bangsar South.

The big prize to be won is a trip to Volvo’s Design Centre in Gothenburg, Sweden and meet with the top designers of Volvo Cars.

Interior design firms can participate in the Volvo Aurizn Design Challenge by posting drawings or renderings of their best projects on their own Facebook pages and tag the official FB pages of Aurizn and Volvo Car Malaysia. Official hashtag of the challenge is #VolvoAurizn.
