I bought Proton Ertiga in 2018. Before I bought it, I brought my wife, 2 kids & parents for a test drive. It suits 6 of us & we all love Ertiga very much, especially the seat in 3rd row. Most MPV such as Livina, Alza, BRV can let a teenager or an adult to sit comfortablely in the 3rd row but Ertiga made it even with some leg rooms. Passengers in 2nd & 3rd rows always feel the cool air from the rear air-con blower. With the price of Rm60K plus, it comes with 2 air bags & ABS with EBD, it is a little bit let down which should comes with more modern accessories features such as keyless entry, push start button or LED headlamps. For safety features it lacks of VSC or TCS. The best part is the Ertiga is very fuel efficiency with its 1.4cc Energy Efficient Vehicle (EEV) engine. I had managed to drive from Penang to Kuala Terengganu for about 1161.5 km, achieved approx 16.5km/L of petrol during the trip. Great to have such fuel-economical car but sadly Proton Ertiga is not on sale anymore due to some reasons. I am glad that I am one of the 22K owners of Proton Ertiga in Malaysia. With the price you paid, you get a close to sedan handling, compact mpv space, pretty outlook, better than Myvi fuel consumption. I cant request for more. Love this mpv.
