Fourth Generation Lexus RX300

The fourth generation Lexus RX was initially launched in three variants - RX200t, RX350 and RX450h. However, the Lexus RX200t was later renamed to RX300 for the 2018 model year onwards. The Lexus RX200t (here onwards referred to as RX300), was launched in three trim levels - Premium, Luxury and F Sport. The entry level variant is equipped with triple L-shaped LED headlamps, LED fog lamps, powered boot, smart entry and push start and electronic parking brake as standard. The Lexus RX300 interior is also equipped with dual-zone automatic air-conditioning with rear vents, 8-inch infotainment screen, rear window sunshades and semi-aniline leather seats as standard. The Lexus RX300 Luxury adds a moonroof, smart card key, Lexus EMV Remote Touch Interface, wireless charging, powered 60:40 rear folding seat and panoramic view for parking assist. The highest trim level, the Lexus RX300 F Sport, is enhanced with a sportier grille and front bumper, multi-spoke grey wheels, alumiunium roof rails and black wing mirror caps. The Lexus RX300 F Sport interior is also fitted with unique F Sport trim and leather, scuff plates, sports instrument cluster, steering paddle shifters and black headlining. Lexus RX300 2019

In 2019, Lexus introduced the Lexus RX300 Special Edition, a model that is based on the RX300 Luxury but adds on several enhancements. Several additions to the RX300 Special Edition exterior include integrated one-piece side step, custom door visors with chrome accents and a step guard at the rear bumper. Other additional accessories include the Welcome Door Lamp with Lexus logo and wording projection, Touch ‘n Go transmitter and a dashcam. The powertrain remains the same as the previous Lexus RX300.

Lexus RX300 Facelift

The first Lexus RX300 facelift was also introduced in Malaysia in 2019. The RX300 facelift maintains the same powertrain as the previous models, but has added new stabilizer bars and reinforced bushings to improve dynamics and steering response. The RX300 facelift exterior has also been redesigned to slimmer LED headlamps, boomerang-shaped daytime running lights, fog lamps at the lower corner of the bumper, L-shaped LED taillights and slimmer chrome trim for the exhausts. The RX300 F Sports receives slightly more enhancements which include black vents above the fog lamps and a criss-cross grille with mesh pattern. The Lexus RX300 facelift interior also featured several enhancements, including the Lexus Premium Audio infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility as well as a 12.3-inch display for the Luxury and F Sport variants. The RX300 F Sport variant also sports eight-way powered front seats.
