The Rock Sideswiped A Parked Pickup Truck, Responds With Class

The Rock or Dwayne Johnson is a pretty cool guy. You may have heard of him from the Fast and Furious franchise and most recently, the movie San Andreas.

As big of a Hollywood star he is, accidents still can happen behind the wheel and the professional wrestler turned actor is no exception. This incident was posted on his official Instagram account where The Rock was driving along in his pickup truck with the “music blasting” when he accidentally sideswiped another pickup parked by the side of the road and damaging its side mirror.

Being the nice guy that he is, the actor made a turn back to the pickup, met the owner of the parked truck and owned up to his mistake which resulted in the damage.

The owner, Mr. Audie Bridges of Wakefield, Massachusetts didn’t take too long to identify Dwayne Johnson standing in front of him and said “Wow, this is gonna be an awesome story!” The two got to talking and soon exchanged details with Johnson agreeing to pay for the damages but Bridges refused to take The Rock’s money in the end.

Even with his fame and fortune, it’s certainly pleasant to know that The Rock is still a class act which is a good example for others to follow while out there on the road.
