But seems to me, the service manager is like to push paid services for a free service customer. I don't need alignment and balancing. I already done that at a tyre specialist. So that's that. Malaysians love Japanese cars very much and they start to ignore others, whether it is local made, Korean or even non-premium continental brands. Without saying Japanese cars are not good, they are actually worth buying and sometimes over priced due to demand. I went against them, buying a Kia Sorento in 2012. It was started when i was looking for a mid sized SUV as my family carrier. There were Honda CRV, Nissan Xtrail, Hyundai Santa Fe, and the biggest of all Toyota Fortuner. Based on some selection criteria, including the features and specification, I went for a Kia Sorento, the first of facelift version with "Tiger Nose" design. It comes not only to my surprise, but to many people. They who are initially wondering why should i choose a Korean made car while i can afford to buy a premium brand. Its exterior design is sturdy, sporty and looks masculine, according to my wife. The interior is some way for improvement, in spite of coming with future features of push start button and sun roof. The most amazing is its performance. At 172hp from 2400cc engine, this SUV is like a monster comfortably carrying 7 people on the road. On the PLUS highway, i normally drive at 140-160kmh and this car would speed steadily without shaking or vrooming excessively, despite of its size. Please remember this is an SUV and not a 5 seaters sedan sport car. If someone ask me today is it good for a Kia, i will say YES ! You need to own and drive it, then you know what the wonderful experience driving a Kia Sorento 2.4 since 2012. 收起
