The sportier Geely Binyue here features a red strip in its ‘expanding cosmos’ front grille with a blacked-out Geely emblem, upright front foglight surrounds and a subtle front lower lip.

Elsewhere, Geely has given the sportier Binyue all round red brake calipers, 18-inch alloy wheels, a blacked-out roof, and a larger rear wing with a red S emblem (Sport, maybe?). This version of the Binyue also receives a funkier looking rear bumper with quad muffler tips and a faux rear diffuser design. The side mirrors of this Binyue variant features a carbon fibre-like finish.

Inside, the mix of red and black treatment give this Binyue variant a snazzier appeal, which can be found on the dashboard, centre arm rest, door trim, and seats. It also appears that the meter cluster is bestowed with the same red highlights as the rest of the interior.

Powertrain details of this model is unknown at this point of time, but Geely has released some preliminary powertrain details about the Binyue, mentioning that their new subcompact SUV can complete the century sprint in just 7.9 seconds, thanks to a 1.5-litre turbocharged three-cylinder engine that outputs 177 hp and 255 Nm, hooked up to a wet-type 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.

According to sources, Geely is expected to launch the Binyue in China on the 22nd of August.
