Honda N-Box 2017

The second generation Honda N-Box was launched in Japan in 2017. The kei car received a dramatic weight reduction of 80 kg from the first generation despite the addition of six airbags and Honda Sensing advanced driving aids system. The Honda N-Box maintains its intended purpose, which is to provide ample space despite its compact size, measuring only just 3,395 mm long and 1,476 mm wide. The Honda N-Box’s most notable feature would be its Super Slide front passenger seat function which is able to slide 570 mm fore and aft, tall roof, flat floor, foldable rear seats and power-operated sliding doors.

Honda N-Box 2023

Honda revealed its third generation Honda N-Box in 2023 which is expected to begin sales in 2024. As we all know, the Honda N-Box is only available in Japan and comes in two variants - standard and Custom. The Honda N-Box has redesigned its front grille from the chrome bars to now an array of small holes. The headlamps have also been redesigned to eye-shape with circular LED daytime running lights. Honda offers an optional Fashion Style package which includes off-white side mirrors and door handles and two-tone wheel caps. The Honda N-Box interior has also been modernized to include a 7-inch digital display and a 9-inch Honda Connect infotainment system. Standard functions in the Honda N-Box include Honda Sensing, electronic parking brake with brake hold, sliding doors with manual sunshades and keyless entry. As at January 2024, Honda has yet to release the official Honda N-Box specifications though it is expected to maintain its 3-cylinder 660cc engine which produces an output of 58 PS and a maximum torque of 65 Nm. The 2024 Honda N-Box price has yet to be announced as well.
