Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Officiates First Integrated One-Stop Showroom In Kuching

Mercedes-Benz Malaysia together with its authorized partner Hap Seng officiated its first integrated one-stop centre in Kuching, called Hap Seng Kuching Autohaus. 

Hap Seng has invested a total of RM237 million to improve customer touchpoints nationwide. The new Hap Seng Kuching Autohaus was built at an investment of RM53 million. Total built-up area is 18,383 sq m.

The full-fledged 3S centre is located in the heart of Kuching, managed by 40 personnel familiar with sales, technical services and spare parts. The Hap Seng Kuching Autohaus is capable of servicing up to 510 vehicles a month, backed by 16 work bays and a spray booth. On top of servicing Mercedes-Benz vehicles, the new 3S centre is also able to service Fuso commercial vehicles, with two bays dedicated to commercial vehicles.

Similar to other Mercedes-Benz Autohaus nationwide, the Hap Seng Kuching Autohaus adheres to the Mercedes-Benz Presentation System II (MPS II). At the moment, Hap Seng operates in 11 locations, including three in East Malaysia.
