The Toyota GR86 was first introduced globally in 2021 but was only launched in Malaysia in 2023. The Toyota GR86 is available in either manual or automatic transmission, but are both fitted with the same engine. The GR86 2.4 A/T takes slightly longer, with a 0-100 km/h sprint time of 6.8 seconds and a top speed of 216 km/h. The Toyota GR86 exterior features 18-inch alloy wheels, automatic bi-LED projector with LED turn signals, LED daytime running lights, LED rear combination lamps with fog lamps and dual tailpipes. The Toyota GR86 interior features either leather with suede or black with red trim, 6-way adjustable driver’s seat and 4-way adjustable front passenger’s seat, an 8-inch display audio with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, dual-zone automatic climate control, 7-inch colour TFT display, USB charging port and a 3-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel.
