First Generation Proton Satria

The first generation Proton Satria was launched in Malaysia in 1994 and has three engine powertrains - Proton Satria 1.3, Proton Satria 1.5 and Proton Satria 1.6. The Proton Satria was available in four trim levels - Proton Satria LSi, Proton Satria GLi, Proton Satria GLSi and Proton Satria SEi. The first generation Proton Satria received a facelift which was launched in 1996 in three trim levels - Proton Satria XLi, Proton Satria S XLi and Proton Satria GTi. The Proton Satria GTi is the high performance version of the model which was launched in 1998 as the Proton Satria 1.8. The Proton Satria Special Edition was launched in Malaysia in 2004 in three variants - Proton Satria GL M/T, Proton Satria GL M/T and Proton Satria GL A/T.

Second Generation Proton Satria Neo

The second generation Proton Satria was launched in Malaysia in 2006 and was renamed as the Proton Satria Neo. The Proton Satria Neo R3, the high performance version of the model, was launched in Malaysia in 2011 which included the Proton Satria Neo R3 Executive.
