Geneva 2018: Lexus UX Unveiled!

Lexus has just released an image and a video for their latest model which competes in the compact SUV segment.

The Lexus UX urban compact crossover seen here carries the usual Lexus hybrid model pointers, such as blue front emblem, hybrid emblem on the lower door section and a blue power button in the interior.

Note too on the more aggressive F Sport front grille, dual-tone side mirrors and F Sport emblem on the front fender.

Lexus says the bold and stylish design of the UX combine powerful bodywork with a condensed appearance. An all-new platform gives the UX remarkable body rigidity and a low centre of gravity for the agile handling of a hatchback.

The interior meanwhile blends designs from the bigger Lexus RX and the sporty Lexus LC. Mounted on top of the air conditioning vents is a large display in 16:9 format. The meter hood meanwhile adopts the dual rotary-select switches, originated from the Lexus LFA supercar, and now in the Lexus LC 500 and LS 500 models.

The large front seats look like sport designs, with the extended shoulder support to keep the occupants in place while cornering.
