The new Auto Pacifica Miri facility now offers Sales, Service, Spare Parts, and Body & Paint services under one roof, aimed at improving overall customer convenience. Spanning 21,669 sq ft, the centre features a modern showroom with a customer lounge, alongside a fully equipped aftersales setup. This includes 13 service bays and six Body & Paint bays, supported by trained technicians for faster turnaround times. Auto Pacifica, a Mitsubishi partner since 2009 and backed by the Samling Group, operates outlets in Miri, Bintulu and Kota Samarahan, and continues to expand its footprint across Sarawak. “Miri is a growing community with strong potential. The opening of this new 4S centre represents not just an expansion of our network, but a stronger commitment to being closer to our customers and serving them better. With this new facility, customers can look forward to a more convenient, seamless, and comprehensive ownership experience,” said Takashi Sakamaki, CEO of Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia.
