New Nissan e-NV200 Offers 60% Further Range Than Before

Nissan has unveiled the new extended range e-NV200 at the ongoing Nissan Futures 3.0 exhibition in Oslo, Norway.

The big news is that the 100% electric van gets a new 40kWh battery which gives a full range of up to 280km, which is 60% longer than before.

Despite the longer range, the battery has not increased in size or weight, which means that the van can transport the same amount of goods and go further.

Now able to travel more than 100 km on a single charge, the new e-NV200, which is able to clock a top speed of 123km/h, weights 2,250 kg and comes with a cargo area that measures 2,040 mm long, 1,500 mm wide, and 1,358 mm tall.     

Available in two body types (four or five doors), the new e-NV200 will be available for order in Europe by the end of this year.
