Volkswagen Teases Golf Mk8 Ahead Of World Premiere Later This Month

And in just two weeks, on 24 October, the brand will present the eighth generation model at a world premiere in Wolfsburg, Germany.

So, to further increase the hype over the car, Volkswagen has revealed the initial sketches to provide an insight into the design of the eighth generation Golf.

Featuring more digitalisation and connectivity than ever before, Volkswagen claims that the all-new Golf Mk8 will be packed with innovations, and sport a highly expressive design.

On the exterior, the Golf’s design is expected to be more dynamic than before, yet Volkswagen says that it will be instantly recognisable as a Golf from all sides.

As for the interior, the Golf will be getting fresh colours, new fabrics, as well as a new digital cockpit in order to define the look of the new compact model.

On top of the above, there will be a new range of efficient engines, as well as further enhanced suspension technology to provide a boost in terms of agility.

Last but not the least, the all-new Golf will also feature a wide range of driver-assistance features, as well as online-based functions and services.
