The seventh generation Lexus ES 250 was introduced in 2018 and was launched in Malaysia in 2019 in two variants - Lexus ES 250 Premium and Lexus ES 250 Luxury. The Lexus ES 250 received a facelift which was launched in Malaysia in 2021. The facelifted Lexus ES 250 was launched in the Premium and Luxury trims and added on a new trim level - Lexus ES 250 F Sport. The Lexus ES exterior features 18-inch aluminum wheels in dark gray, bi-LED projector headlamps, L-shaped LED daytime running lights, moonroof and LED rear combination lamps.
