Auto Bavaria Kuala Lumpur celebrates 15 years with three-day anniversary event

For many BMW and MINI owners in Kuala Lumpur, their ownership journey likely began at Auto Bavaria Kuala Lumpur.

The authorised dealership is marking its 15th anniversary this year, celebrating a journey that has seen it grow into one of Malaysia’s key players in the premium automotive retail space.

Since opening its doors in 2010, Auto Bavaria Kuala Lumpur has evolved beyond a conventional showroom into a comprehensive mobility hub, encompassing BMW, MINI, as well as BMW Premium Selection for pre-owned vehicles.

What began with a customer base of around 300 has since expanded significantly, with the dealership now serving more than 8,000 active customers. This steady growth, according to the company, is driven by consistent performance and an ongoing commitment to delivering a high level of customer care.

Over the years, the dealership has also built a strong track record within the BMW network, earning awards for 14 consecutive years across areas such as sales, aftersales, and customer satisfaction.

Managing Director Vi Thim Juan reflected on the milestone, noting that the company’s progress has been underpinned by customer trust, team dedication, and a shared focus on exceeding expectations. “We are proud of what we’ve built, but even more focused on what comes next,” he said.

In addition to its growth, Auto Bavaria Kuala Lumpur was the first BMW dealership in Malaysia to receive EV Certification. It has also rolled out value-added services including mobile i-Service and a courtesy shuttle, aimed at improving convenience and enhancing the overall ownership experience within the city.

To mark the occasion, Auto Bavaria Kuala Lumpur will host a three-day anniversary event from 17 to 19 April 2026, running from 9am to 6pm. Visitors can expect a range of activities, with one of the highlights being the debut of a special BMW X3 M Performance Parts Limited Edition, developed by Auto Bavaria in conjunction with the anniversary.
