Proton launches MyProton App

There’s a new app for Proton owners that streamlines the ownership experience and adds a level of convenience. The MyProton app has been launched, available for both Android and iOS devices through the Google Play Store and Apple Store respectively.

Through the MyProton mobile application, Proton customers are provided the following convenience at their fingertips via their mobile devices:

• Appointment to test drive Proton cars;
• Appointment for car service;
• Connection to Mobile Assist call centre for assistance;
• Information on all Proton models;
• Update on current promotions and events;
• Location of all PROTON sales and services outlets;
• Connection to PROTON social media channels – Facebook, Instagram and Youtube; and
• A loan calculator

The app is Proton’s way of keeping up with the times, acknowledging the increased usage of smart devices and catering to a newer and younger generation. It is a far more convenient option than the traditional phone calls to the service centres in order to make an appointment, and it allows for more efficient allocation of time.
