Utama Berita Panduan Pembeli 2015 Hyundai Elantra Facelift Introduced In Malaysia, From RM85,888 2015 Hyundai Elantra Facelift Introduced In Malaysia, From RM85,888 Panduan Pembeli Chris Aaron | June 26, 2015 08:59 PM Hyundai-Sime Darby Motors (HSDM) has rather surprisingly, and quietly, introduced its 2015 Hyundai Elantra facelift. The refreshed C-segment sedan made its global debut in August 2013, and has finally been launched here in four possible variants. Here’s how their prices look like, all without insurance, road tax and registration.Elantra FL 1.6 Elegance – RM85, 888Elantra FL 1.6 Executive – RM 95,676Elantra FL 1.6 Premium – RM100, 546Elantra FL 1.8 Premium– RM114, 984So What’s New?PERFORMANCE: No mechanical changes have been introduced to the line-up, so the Elantra will still be offered with a choice of the 1.6-litre Gamma four-cylinder MPI petrol engine, and the 1.8-litre Nu four-pot MPI. As before, the sole transmission offered is a six-speed torque converter automatic.EXTERIOR: Design wise, the entire car’s length is now 20mm longer than before: leaving the wheelbase as before, but increasing the length of its front bumper by 15mm, and rear one by 5mm.The front bumper is different, and most noticeable by the reworked fog lamps. The headlamps have also been tweaked in design which moves away from the previous design and now has LED daytime running lights that swirl upwards away from the front grille, rather than towards it as before. For the 1.6 and 1.8-litre Premium variants only, HSDM will do you a spot of ‘LED Light Guides’ and projection headlamps.INTERIOR: All variants of the Elantra will benefit from a slightly tweaked interior design, with relocated AC vents and a new gear knob, which Hyundai calls its Transmission Gear Shift Gear Knob…On all variants apart from the base 1.6-litre Elegance model, there’s also additional rear air-conditioning vents, a MirrorLink Audio Visual Receiver touchscreen infotainment display, and an updated supervision cluster which now features an OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) 3.4-inch screen. The Flex Steer steering system which lets you vary the weight of the steering wheel between three modes (Comfort, Normal, Sport) is also available on all variants except the base 1.6 Elegance.SAFETY: Nicely, all variants of the Elantra will benefit from the brand’s Vehicle Stability Management system (effectively an electronic stability programme), along with Hill-Start Assist and ABS. However, it’s only the 1.6 and 1.8 Premium that benefit from a full six-airbags, while the rest have to settle for just the two.Buyer’s Guide:Available in five different body colours (Creamy White, Carbon Grey, Phantom Black, Sleek Silver and Tomato Red), prices for the Hyundai Elantra will include a five-year or 300,000km warranty, as well as Hyundai’s 24-hour road assist service. However, if you do purchase the Elantra 1.8 Premium between the 5th of March to the 5th of April, you will enjoy a free three-year service or 60,000km (whichever comes first, with 10,000 service interval).Full Specifications Sheet (Click to view larger image): ✕ Mari berhubung dengan Whatsapp Kami mematuhi Akta Pelindungan Data Peribadi untuk melindungi anda Saya bersetuju dengan Terma Penggunaan dan Polisi Privasi Carlist.my Saya bersetuju untuk menerima komunikasi yang diperibadikan daripada Carlist.my dan penjual kereta, ahli gabungan dan rakan kongsi perniagaannya.
