Hyundai Staria 7-Seater

The Hyundai Staria 7-seater was the first Staria to be launched in Malaysia in 2021 and is only available in a single variant, the Hyundai Staria Premium. The Hyundai Staria exterior captivates attention with its slim full-width LED light strip which sits above a wide grille that incorporates low-mounted vertical LED headlights. The Hyundai emblem, grille, headlamps bezels, front and rear bumpers, wheels, side mirrors and door handles come in either brass chrome or dark chrome option. 

The Hyundai Staria interior for the 7-seater Premium variant features smart power sliding doors which open and close based on proximity. There are also two sunroofs, manual window blinds and USB charging ports for all seats in the Staria. The Hyundai Staria dashboard is fitted with a full-width horizontal vent, similar to the Hyunda Tucson. The Staria is also equipped with a 10.25-inch digital meter and 8.0-inch touchscreen headunit with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity available. The front is also equipped with a wireless phone charging tray and gear selection buttons, electronic front seats, electronic parking brake with auto hold, electrochromic rear view mirror and 10-colour ambient lighting. The second row of the Hyundai Staria Premium is fitted with pilot seats with a one-touch relaxation mode which automatically reclines the seat and extends the leg rest. The second-row is also fitted with air vents and a digital air-conditioning panel on the roof.

The dark chrome trim comes with seven exterior colour options - Cream White, Graphite Grey Metallic, Moonlight Blue Pearl, Shimmering Silver Metallic, Abyss Black Pearl, Olivine Grey Metallic and Gala Brown Pearl, while the brass chrome trim only comes in three options - Cream White, Shimmering Silver Metallic and Abyss Black Pearl. Additionally, there are also four options for the interior Nappa leather seats colour - Brown two-tone interior, Black monotone interior, Grey two-tone interior and Blue two-tone interior. 


 

Hyundai Staria 10-Seater

The Hyundai Staria 10-seater was launched in Malaysia in 2021, slightly later than the Staria 7-Seater and comes in three variants - Lite, Plus and Max. The Staria 10-seater also gets a bodykit and all three rows are foldable, both of which are not available in the Staria 7-seater. The Hyundai Staria is available in five colours - Cream White, Abyss Black Pearl, Shimmering SIlver Metallic, Moonlight Blue Pearl and Graphite Grey Metallic. 

The Hyundai Staria Lite variant has full LED headlamps and daytime running lights for its exterior, but maintains the bulb for its rear and fog lamps. As for the Hyundai Staria interior for the Lite variant, the seats are made of fabric, the sliding door and air-conditioning is manually operated. The Lite variant also does not have electric seat adjustment and does not have a sunroof. The Lite variant is equipped with a 4.2-inch LCD display meter and a 8-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity available.

The Hyundai Staria Plus variant receives a slight upgrade to its exterior, with the rear fog lamps being fitted with LED. The Hyundai Staria interior for the Plus variant also receives several upgrades from the Lite variant. The seats are now made of semi nappa leather, the meter panel has been upgraded to a 10.25-inch TFT LCD and is fitted with a power sliding door. However, the Hyundai Staria Plus interior still does not have electric seat adjustment, sunroof and automatic air-conditioning. 

The Hyundai Staria Max is the top of the range variant and receives more upgrades from the Staria Plus variant. The Hyundai Staria Max exterior lamps have been upgraded to LED. The Hyndai Staria interior for the Max variant features black nappa leather seats, electric seat adjustment for the driver’s seat and dual zone automatic air-conditioning with front and rear passenger controller. However, the Staria Max does not have a sunroof or ambient lighting which can only be seen in the 7-seater Hyundai Staria Premium.
