WE TAKE THINGS FOR GRANTED when buying a car that everything is working. But for classic cars, most owners live with non-functioning things like radio, sunroof, electrical side mirrors, washers and lights...and a spluttering engine! But the present owner of this car was not prepared to settle for anything but perfection. When this car was purchased, none if these worked. Today, every flaw has been rectified.

This car was subject to a ground-up RESTORATION project to restore it to ORIGINAL condition. Engine, gearbox and transmission have been repaired with original parts and are now super smooth. Like all Jaguars/Daimlers, she purrs and glides silently. Riding in her is like riding in a private jet sitting on a pile of pillows!

Interior work includes new NAPA LEATHER for all seats and doors, new electrical switchgear and parts (including rearview mirror, wing mirror, sunroof motor, central locking, wipers, indicators, radio, aircon control panel and electric seat switches and motors) so that all electrical are in working order. Even the front windshield was replaced as the old one was scratched.

It's tough to choose whether it's better to drive this Daimler or be chauffeur driven in it. The engine revs and pulls like a pack of horses on steroids, so driving even long distances is ever so rewarding. Meanwhile, the rear passenger is luxuriating with a meter of legroom. Whichever you choose, you will arrive feeling fresh and relaxed.
