Over 20 brands to offer exciting Raya deals at MAA My Auto Fest 2016

Car buyers who are on the lookout for attractive offers on the latest models are in for a treat very soon as the inaugural My Auto Fest 2016 is all set to make its debut in May.

To be held at the Mines International Exhibition and Convention Centre (MIECC) on May 20-22, the event, which is organised by the Malaysian Automotive Association (MAA), will see more than 20 car brands with over 100 car models to be made available for viewing, test drives and sales during the three-day My Auto Fest.

“The MAA Council, with the support of car manufacturers, distributors and dealers in the country felt that we should organise a sales-oriented event to encourage better auto sales leading up to the  Hari Raya festive  season,” said MAA  president Datuk Aishah Ahmad.

She added that those who book their cars during the festival will most likely get their cars in time for the five-day Hari Raya public holiday season which will start on July 6.

It is said that offers available during the event will not only be in the form of direct discounts, but also subsidy for interest on car loans, and waivers for down-payment.

Besides car sales, the organisers said that they also target to have several family-oriented activities such as lucky draws, lifestyle booths, food trucks and F&B kiosks, as well as children’s games and activities.

Entrance to the Auto Fest is free of charge.
