Around 2,900 new Perodua Axia models to be delivered soon

The launch of the all-new 2023 Perodua Axia was accompanied by the announcement that around 2,900 new owners will be getting their new cars soon.

Perodua is doubling down on its efforts to produce and deliver the new 2023 Perodua Axia where the existing orders are sitting at around 44,000 units. Over 6,500 units of new bookings were placed starting January 2023 but they've managed to convince around 13,600 customers to convert to the latest generation model.

According to Dato’ Sri Zainal Abidin Ahmad, President and CEO of Perodua, "With the all new Perodua Axia launched, our focus (for this new model) are twofold, the first is maximising deliveries to our customers and to convert previous generation Axia bookings to the All-New Axia."

"Our 314,000 registration and 330,000 production targets for the year (2023) reflect our commitment to ensure that your bookings and trust will be delivered in the best possible time without compromising on quality," added Dato' Sri Zainal.

To meet the demands, Perodua will be committed to their monthly sales target of 5,700 units and if this is achieved, the new 2023 Perodua Axia take over from the Myvi as the brand's most popular model.
