Perodua C2 concept BEV sedan aka "Chapter 2" showcased at KLIMS 2026

Perodua is leaning hard into the brand's future by showcasing its latest BEV concept, the Perodua C2, or "Chapter 2".

Currently on display at KLIMS 2026, the Perodua C2 (or, technically but not officially, the P2C2) is indeed a head-turner with a unique, futuristic design.

The idea behind it makes more sense when Perodua explained that this is the result of their young designers hard at work. It is also said that the inspiration came from Malaysia's new generation of Alphas and Betas.

With a completely different styling direction paired with the latest tech, the P2C2 B-segment prototype also features AI driving assist features such as real-time navigation, charging station locations, assisted parking, and many more.

According to Perodua President and CEO, Dato’ Sri Zainal Abidin Ahmad, "The C2 is part of our ongoing EV storyline. It expands our narrative of made by Malaysians for the world as we improve the future of mobility experience for our customers."

"The C2 will be our basis for our future EV, and we are looking forward to engaging with visitors to our booth on their views and comments to ensure that our future product will exceed our customers’ expectations," added Dato' Sri Zainal.
