Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) has launched a Home Delivery Service that allows customers to have the option for their new vehicle to be delivered directly to their home via a truck carrier.
Despite the easing of restrictions, the COVID-19 threat still remains, which is why MMM has become one of the first automotive brands in Malaysia to offer a comprehensive online shopping experience, including test drive, booking assistance and direct home delivery.
MMM Chief Executive Officer, Tomoyuki Shinnishi said that the service will only be offered throughout the Klang Valley for now but will be followed by other areas in the future.
“As Malaysia prepares to transition from the COVID-19 pandemic to the endemic phase, Mitsubishi Motors is making an effort to ensure that our digital services are improved for customers’ safety and convenience. Furthermore, we want to provide an option for customers to shop online, offering something unorthodox to car ownership,” said Tomoyuki Shinnishi, CEO of MMM.
With the launch of this service, MMM now offers a complete one-stop digital service, ranging from virtual showrooms, Test Drive 2U test drive sessions, online booking, trade-in and direct delivery of vehicles to homes.
