This limited-run model adds a stylish twist to one of the brand’s most important SUVs, making it the first CR-V in Malaysia to be offered with a contrasting roof. As the name suggests, the Dual-Tone Edition stands out with a black roof, complemented by matching black side pillars and wing mirrors. Paired with either Ignite Red Metallic or Platinum White Pearl, the new colour scheme gives the already handsome sixth-generation CR-V a sportier, more assertive stance. The Dual-Tone treatment is exclusive to the E and V variants, both powered by the familiar 1.5-litre VTEC Turbo engine delivering 193 PS and 243 Nm. Despite its unique appearance, Honda Malaysia isn’t charging a premium for the makeover. Prices remain unchanged at RM169,900 for the E variant and RM181,900 for the V, on-the-road without insurance. That makes this special edition something of a collector’s opportunity—especially considering only 300 units will be available nationwide. The CR-V is a fitting choice for Honda Malaysia’s anniversary celebration. It was the first Honda to be locally assembled at the company’s Melaka plant back in 2003, and since then, nearly 149,000 units have found homes across the country. The latest sixth-generation model continues that momentum, with over 11,300 units sold and a leading 36% share of the mid-size SUV segment last year. For those keeping score, the Dual-Tone Edition joins the existing CR-V lineup, which also includes the S variant at RM159,900 and the range-topping e:HEV RS at RM195,900. With its fresh look and no added cost, the Dual-Tone Edition is set to be a hot ticket among CR-V fans. ✕ Let's Connect on Whatsapp We protect your personal information in compliance with the PDPA I agree with Carlist.my Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
