The new Perodua Alza S effectively replaces the Alza Standard variant and comes as standard with a SE-style body kit featuring front, side, and rear skirting. New additions on the MPV include a rear spoiler and the taillight cluster now gains a clear look instead. Also, new front fog lamps get black finish surrounds.
Inside, the cabin remains largely unchanged save for the new leather wrap steering wheel that features on-wheel controls for the audio system with USB & Bluetooth and a meter panel with white illumination (previously orange).
The new Metallic Electric Blue paint finish is exclusive for the Alza S variant but the standard array of colours from before are also available – Passion Red, Ebony Black, Mystical Purple, Glittering Silver, and Ivory White.
The Alza S retains its price tag as the previous Standard variant from RM52,332 for the five-speed manual and RM55,332 for the four-speed auto. If you prefer a metallic body colour to the solid ones offered with the prices mentioned, that’ll set you back an additional RM500.
Next up, the Perodua Myvi Premium XS is available with an automatic transmission only and is based on the Myvi 1.3 Premium X variant. Here, Perodua has tagged on its GearUp kit, which includes skirting at the front, side, and rear, as well as projector headlamps with LED guide lights.
Moving inside, the Myvi Premium XS receives dark fabric seats with a new design. The dark interior finish extends towards the rest of the cabin as well, seen on the lower portion of the interior.
Pricing for the Myvi Premium XS starts at RM48,862 (solid paint) and RM49,262 (metallic). Colour choices include Cosmic Gold, Ozzy Orange, Mystical Purple, Glittering Silver, and Ivory White.
Both model variants come with a five-year warranty.
