Four variants are available, with prices starting from RM128k. After months of conflicting reports about the CKD-assembled version of Mazda’s CX-30 SUV, Bermaz Motor finally pulls the curtain on the locally assembled SUV with four different variants to choose from. Unlike the CBU model, the CX-30 CKD is not offered with AWD and diesel engine options. 2023 Mazda CX-30 CKD - 4 variants(STD, High, High+,High+ Premium) MAZDA CX-30 2.0L 2WD STD - RM 128,109.00 MAZDA CX-30 2.0L 2WD High - RM 136,109.00 MAZDA CX-30 2.0L 2WD High+ - RM 146,109.00 MAZDA CX-30 2.0L 2WD High+ Premium - RM 156,109.00 One engine, the SKYACTIV-G 2.0L Despite the difference in pricing, all variants utilise the venerable SKYACTIV-G 2.0L engine, which produces 162hp@6,000rpm and 213Nm of torque. All power is directed to the front wheels, through a six-speed automatic transmission which has a manual shift mode. The engine and transmission combo is able to offer a fuel consumption of around 6.4 liters per 100km. As a Mazda, the handling dynamics will always be one of the best, with a combination of MacPherson struts at the front and torsion beam at the rear keeping the SUV anchored to the ground. Big infotainment screen, 8 speakers, AppleCarplay+Android Auto The Mazda CX-30 CKD adopts an 8.8-inch infotainment display, offering simplified operation via the Commander Control Knob. The infotainment system enables the user to connect to Apple Carplay and Android Auto, located at the centre console armrest. The system is also fitted with a 3-way audio system, an 8-speaker configuration with 3 woofers, providing an immersive audio experience for all that are onboard. The main differences between the variants Other standard features such as G-Vectoring Plus (GVC Plus), Rain sensing wipers, Advanced Keyless Entry and Active Driving Display comes standard in all variants. Also standard across the board is the boot space, as all CX-30s come with 430-litre of cargo space. If you need more, the rear seats can be folded as it features a 60:40 split configuration. The Mazda i-Activsense advanced safety features such as the Blind Spot Monitoring (BSM), Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA), Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS), Lane-Keep Assist System (LAS), Driver Attention Alert (DAA), Smart Brake Support (SBS) and Mazda Radar Cruise Control with Stop & Go function (MRCC) will come as standard in the High+ and High+ Premium variant. The Adaptive LED Headlamps (ALH), Front Cross Traffic Alert (FCTA), Driver Attention Alert (DAA) with Driver Monitoring (DM) and Cruising & Traffic Support (CTS) will be available exclusively on the Mazda CX-30 High+ Premium variant only. Warranty The CX-30 CKD comes with a 5-Years Manufacturer Warranty + 5-Years Free Maintenance according to manufacturer’s standards, including labour, parts and lubricants.
