Lexus will premiere the three-row, seven–seater Lexus RXL, essentially an RX with added seating capacity, at the upcoming Los Angeles Autoshow in December.
The RXL will be the second Lexus model, after the LX 570, to offer seating for seven occupants.
A hybrid model dubbed the RX 450hL has also been confirmed.
From the teaser picture, the 350 badge suggests that the 3.5-litre V6 (which produces 295 hp/ 370 Nm) currently found in the 5-seater RX model will be carried over to the seven-seater RXL model.
Likewise, the 450hL variant will most probably retain the existing 450h model's 3.5-litre Atkinson Cycle engine mated to a duo of electric motors which produces a total output of 308 hp.
