With a built-up area of 15,700 square-metres, the new RM36 million-dollar flagship centre represents one of many ‘Transformation Initiatives’ put forward by Perodua in an attempt to turn itself globally competitive.
Perodua Sentral will serve as a showcase experience of the latest and greatest that the carmaker has to offer customers, with there of course being sales, service and spare parts facilities, of which promise the utmost best of what Perodua is able to offer.
Speaking of the new facility, Perodua’s president and CEO, Datuk Aminar Rashid Salled, said one of the best features of the new facility is its “mono-operation” methodology, whereby the carmaker integrates both its sales and service operations into one seamless experience for customers.
“From purchasing a car to service reminders to insurance renewals and even to keeping track of your Perodua reward points via out latest customer loyalty programme (UFirst), everything related to your Perodua experience will be cared for (at Perodua Sentral).”
And rather than just offer a basic lounge with free WiFi and coffee, Perodua has taken the customer experience to new heights by even providing a café (Gloria Jeans), an ATM machine, a Pre-Owned Vehicle service for customers looking to trade in their vehicles, and that’s not the best yet.
What makes Perodua Sentral even more remarkable is the fact that it has established a working relationship with the Road Transport Department (JPJ) to even have a JPJ counter within Perodua Sentral.
There are also two basement parking levels with a total of 184 parking bays, a sales showroom, 37 service bays, two floors for sales and after sales operations, and a dedicated floor just for events.
“This flagship embodies our brand promise to delight our customers. We will continue to improve our products and services, and we would like to thank Malaysians for choosing Perodua as their brand of choice,” closed Aminar.
