If you are in the market for new or reconditioned luxury cars, the Matrade Exhibition and Convention Centre in Kuala Lumpur is a good place to visit this weekend.
Over 250 reconditioned luxury cars and motorcycles, classic cars, as well as new cars are being offered with attractive deals at the first ever AutoFest Kuala Lumpur 2016 happening from Friday, 13 to Sunday, 15 May 2016.
The three-day event is organized by Red Jacket Events Sdn Bhd and is sponsored by the Association of Malay Importers and Traders of Motor Vehicles (PEKEMA). At least 40 PEKEMA members are present with cars to sell, although non-member dealers have been invited to participate as well.
New car buyers are also being catered for, with new car dealers being housed in a dedicated section within the exhibition grounds.
Buyers seeking financing options will have representatives of Hong Leong Islamic Bank to turn to with pre-approved loan packages ready to be disbursed to qualified individuals who purchase a vehicle at the event.
Besides browsing cars for sale, visitors to AutoFest KL 2016 will also get to see an exhibition of modded cars, meet personalities such as Fairuz Fauzy, Tengku Djan, and cast of Bikers Kental 2, namely Awie, Afdlin Shauki, Zizan, and Bront Palarae.
JPJ and PDRM will be setting up counters for summons payment and there will also be a Lotus-only gymkhana event, and a special edition ‘Patriot’ number plate is up for grabs via a social media contest with the hashtag #MyDreamPlateAutoFestKL
